Elena completed a Bachelor of Laws at La Trobe University and went on to complete her Practical Legal Training at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law. She was admitted to practice as a lawyer by the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2022.

Elena joined Schembri + McCluskys in early 2022 where she continues to work and develop her skills as a junior lawyer, working alongside / assisting Principal of the firm, Stephen Schembri, in a variety of areas including Family Law, Wills & Estates, Criminal Law and Debt Recovery.

She particularly enjoys the collaborative team environment that the firm affords and takes pride in being able to contribute to a firm like Schembri + McCluskys, which is committed to providing high quality legal services to its clients.
