Victoria brings her extensive experience in Property law to assist her Conveyancing clients. Having worked over 10 years at major bank, she brings this lending background with her to apply this, to both her clients who are both buying or selling.

Gained over 9 years of practice, Victoria is a competent, passionate and thorough property conveyancer.  She will be able to advise you in Contract reviews, building works, subdivision and development matters including Off-the-Plan purchases.

Together with other members of the Property Team, Victoria has comprehensive knowledge of planning permits, SPEAR requirement and updates and the subdivision lodgement process and will work with her client’s development team to register their projects.

Victoria has assisted in the transfer of property due to survivorship, transfer between spouses, name corrections, transfer to executors, super funds etc. She has a comprehensive skillset, to meet all your conveyancing needs.

Victoria enjoys the variety in all the matters she attends to. She often refers to her role as the “Dream maker”… Vendor’s are happy when they have sold their property, Purchaser are happy when they buy a property and with the assistance of Victoria’s guidance every step of the way this equals a “Dream” result for her clients.

Outside her position here at Schembri and McCluskys, Victoria has a large family and friends network which keep her busy socialising and eating! Lucky she also has time for the gym, hiking and daytrips on the weekend with her 3 teenagers.
